Can I buy a car as a private buyer? |

Yes, but we don’t know the law of your country regarding this at your own risk. We cannot offer advice on the method you use to acquire a car or introduce you to a car dealer. Depending on the country, you may not be able to import some car models. You need to check your country’s registration laws before you begin the purchasing process. |

Do you give any warranty for the vehicles? |

No, we don’t give any warranty, but we disclose any interior/exterior damage, the distance the car has been driven, etc. |

Do you accept cancellation? |

We will pay back only deposit money, if there is defect at vehicle that you purchased, or one-sided arrangement at our side.

We accept all payment via bank wire transfer (T/T) only, at moment. We do not accept any payment by credit card and other mode Please note that all bank transfer charges should be paid by customer. |

| C. Shipping |

How much is shipping charge? |

Please contact us because shipping charges are different by shipping company and changes depend on season, fuel charge and etc. |

Can I insure my shipment? |

Since our treading term is FOB JAPAN (Free on Board which include, price of the vehicle, Japan-side procedure costs, transportation from yard to port, customs clearance, shipping, documentation), insurance is not included in the cost of shipping. |

How long it will take to reach cars? |
|

It may take about 3 to 5 weeks after a vessel leaves Japanese port to the destination. We use best shipping company for destination port as per services. We have tie-up with different shipping companies for different destination ports. |

What documents will I receive? |

You can receive the following documents by EMS, DHL, etc immediately after vehicle shipment:
01. Bill of Lading
02. Invoice
03. De-Registration Certificate(Japanese)
04. Sales Certification
You will receive these documents by courier. |
